Commissioned by Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, MTD landscape architects designed a future-proof, green, and people-oriented campus, with a strong focus on sustainability and biodiversity. The redevelopment of the public space at VU Campus is part of the university’s long-term vision and the broader urban transformation of the Zuidas. Approximately 75% of the design has now been completed.
The development of the VU Campus will continue in the coming years. MTD remains involved as a permanent advisor to ensure that the original design quality and vision guide the future realization of the campus.
The project is now published on our website: VU Amsterdam
